I'm sure many of you are looking for jobs(one of the most difficult and timely processes us students have to go through toward the end of our studies!) -often the final stage of the recruitment process in many companies around the world consists of an Assessment Centre.
So what is an Assessment Centre (AC) ?
It is a standardised evaluation of behaviour based on multiple methods. This selection method scores very highly on predicability (i.e. being a true indicator) of job performance in the future.
